This policy explains what data Paydaypal collects, why, and what you can do about it.
Paydaypal is an app for freelancers who work in days, shifts and productions. It helps you track working hours, calculate pay, create quotes and follow up on your inventory.
The app is operated by the Paydaypal team. For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at support@paydaypal.se.
Account information: your name, email address and, if you upload one, a profile picture. Your password is handled by our authentication provider and is never visible to us.
Work data you enter yourself: shifts and working hours, day rates and rate profiles, quotes and invoices, customers and their contact details, products and inventory, rental history and notes.
Shared session data: if you join a live session, the session name, participants and messages you write within that session are stored so everyone in the session can see them.
Technical data: standard log information needed to operate and secure the service.
We use your data only to provide the app to you: storing your shifts, calculating pay, generating quote documents and showing your statistics. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles.
The app contains no third-party advertising networks, tracking pixels or cross-app tracking.
We process your account and work data to fulfil the agreement with you (providing the app), and technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and working.
Your data is visible to you. Data you add to a shared session is visible to the other participants of that session.
We use service providers for hosting, database storage and email delivery. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to run the service.
We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Your data is stored for as long as your account exists. You can delete your own shifts, quotes, customers, products and notes inside the app at any time.
To delete your entire account and all data connected to it, email support@paydaypal.se from the address you registered with and we will remove it.
You have the right to access your data, to have incorrect data corrected, to have your data deleted, to receive a copy of your data and to object to how it is processed. Contact support@paydaypal.se and we will help you.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten), imy.se.
Paydaypal is a tool for professional work and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
