Paydaypal

Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 November 2026

These terms apply when you create an account and use Paydaypal.

1. The service

Paydaypal is an app for freelancers who work in days, shifts and productions. It helps you track working hours, calculate pay, create quotes and keep track of inventory.

The service is operated by the Paydaypal team. You can reach us at support@paydaypal.se.

2. Your account

You need an account to use Paydaypal. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account.

You must provide accurate information when you register, and you must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Paydaypal only for lawful, professional purposes. You may not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service, and you may not use it to store or share unlawful material.

Data you add to a shared session is visible to the other participants of that session. Only share what you are allowed to share.

4. Your data

The shifts, rates, quotes, customers and inventory you enter belong to you. We store and process them only so that we can provide the app to you, as described in our privacy policy.

You can delete your own records inside the app at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and everything connected to it.

5. Calculations and documents

Paydaypal calculates pay, overtime, prep, gear and quote totals from the values you enter. The results depend entirely on those values and on the rate profile you set up.

The app is a calculation and documentation tool. It is not legal, tax or accounting advice, and you are responsible for checking that the figures you invoice are correct.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Paydaypal available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be added, changed or removed.

If we make material changes to these terms, the updated version is published on this page with a new date.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Paydaypal is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using Paydaypal at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute is settled by a Swedish general court, unless mandatory consumer law gives you other rights.
